- Level 1 ($300) – The first level supports managing 1 to 8 medications and assists with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Help with dressing and bathing is offered through stand-by assistance, ensuring residents feel supported while retaining independence.
- Level 2 ($600) – Building upon level 1, this level helps with 8-to-15 medications and offers hands-on help with ADLs. Scheduled bathing, daily reminders, and routine incontinence care are included to foster greater ease and consistency in daily life.
- Level 3 ($900) – Level 3 features extended service such as medication management for 15 or more medications, escorting residents to appointments, and meal preparation tailored to individual preferences. Frequent room and incontinence checks every two hours provide continuous care, while gentle redirection addresses minor behavioral needs with compassion.
